Greenwich Royal Observatory at the Prime Meridian.
There's all sorts of fancy measuring things on top of this hill, lots of which is too boring to try an explain. However it does have a fancy green laser that shoots straight out of the building measuring the Prime Meridian! If you're ever in London its something worth seeing and is completely free!
